@elohour I sketch a really rough concept of what I want to do, then do another concept layer on top to be more clear, then ANOTHER sketch layer with better anatomy/perspective, then my lineart layer

I start with base colors and fully color from there, n use multiply and add for lights :D

day 3: painting +lineart
method: sketch-clean sketch- base color+shade + multiply+ light + color picker + paint over

@wigglebox If you put a multiply layer with a brown/purple tint behind it you can also sort of define the boundaries of the stubble e.g.

i kinda use multiply when shading and overlay my drawing on a fading background

it makes it look good

1- No overlay 2- Overlay

Both have multiply and for lighting i dont add too much but all i rlly need is a shine on the eyes using add layers
