While Vee doesn't age physically I like to think that over time he would gain better control over his mutations, and would start incorporating the parts he likes into his base form.
Unfortunately doing so made him way more aggressive and unstable.

Unlike previous traits, these more often have some sort of physical or lore effect/purpose than the previous common/rare traits. Ex: curved snouts make vision blurry due to the optical organ under the skin being warped.

One of the good things the Shatterstar mini did was to understand not only that Ric & 'Star share a deep bond (soulmates) but that their mutations share many similitudes. 'Star channels waves (shockwaves, time/space waves) w his swords and Rictor controls/is sensitive to waves.
