Defiantly a fan of the belt rig, I think its one of the best systems for armored characters. Regular webbing doesn't fit over plating and the typical chest pouches often look weird, cumbersome and obscure the design.

My other favorite is slinging webbing from attachment points.

This week we focused on the rig, placing bones and controllers, thankfully I use IRig for 3dsmax which facilitates the process extremely! Skinning is still a B*tch though :P
