@Ratuno_Aoi Thank you! The painting process just takes a little time. I start by placing clusters of hair as faces. Then I draw in the flow with a hairbrush. I add a bright color on top with the same hairbrush. Finally, I add shadows using a multiply layer.

the special chapter reminded me of chapter 291 especially. you can work hard and do everything properly and make no mistakes–but it still wouldn't diminish the bitterness of defeat. having no regrets doesn't mean you won't look back on the final moments in frustration.
