As for a pose: a common pose my Alexis does is adjusting the glasses. But i'm not worried if it's either gonna be a half or full-body. Either one is okay for me. :)

rough sketch! first sketch always sucks --> sketch over the first sketch --> settle for mediocrity --> mindlessly slap in flats --> hate the flats and spend forever adjusting values --> RENDERING (BLOWS UP) --> stare at the piece until i decide to post

I sculpt poses asymmetrically so I start by blocking in the main shapes so i can see how it looks in 3D before adjusting things as I go before adding in the clothing a bit later. I keep things as lots of separate parts so I can alter things as I go.
