I love Halo and it inspires me a lot. But there's two things here that are not appealing.
1 - The weird contracts 343 does that don't keep people in.
2 - No junior positions. No remote possibility for outside of US.

It's a bummer.

It’s more accurate than you think. It’s just world kind of shed a lot of the series’s goofiness for the sake of appealing more to a western audience. In MH4 there’s a frog shark that inflates like balloon that alone should illustrate my point
