After a few hundred years, Link and Zelda reincarnated. Zelda is from a Sheikah Tribe that lives in a boat-house village and Link is a fisherman from the new Lurelin Village. Zelda has been trained to fight with twin daggers and Link specializes in hunting large sea beasts.

Probably Panne and Yarne. As Beast characters it makes sense to wear something what they do when transforming, the outfit remains, doesn't disappear like other beasts. Also they don't just look like humans like Laguz do and instead have so much to differ from Taquel to human.

Here's the final design process for Eruzerion. The Frontier Team had all sorts of ideas for Eruzerion but ended up settling for this design, though the feel they could've made its face look better if they had more time. Eruzerion was based on mystic beasts.
