I want to start this morning by comparing the first anime-style drawing and the last artwork.
The difference between the illustrations is a month and a half!🥰

i really love how witty and wacky early winx artstyle looked like before they earned a stabler style... they have these last bits of magical bloom pilot and i think they somehow have more character comparing to the s3-s4 art. and its mostly visible in bloom and stella artworks

When I was younger I was always worried about how my OC's looked and comparing to others, it wasn't fun

Yesss I definitely agree they're so pretty... I really like these first two scans.. The second two are pretty accurate to the way they were printed (at least from comparing it to the pages in my book since I have the first omnibus!)

Y'know, I remember someone comparing the Nanites in Archie Sonic to the Metal Virus in IDW Sonic, and there are some similarities. But these two concepts are far from identical.
Both are nanomachines that can turn organic matter (like the forest in issue 152) into metallic matter
