I decided to draw Snowkit, and I hope that you like it! There are two versions, the first one is lightly desaturated, and the second on is the original version.

I have found that I have two types of palettes I default to, vibrant warm colours or desaturated colder colours, and I think this is okay. May be using the purple/brown one as the base for the character though, was initially all brighter browns but I doooo like this

Was working on Kamo's Class and tried to apply it to my own character design and skin tone. The desaturated tones are fun to mess with and shading in this form. I'll have to experiment more.. O.o

-he has a grey streak in his hair now
-his hair colour, eye colour, and skin tone are desaturated compared to before bc ghosts have greyed out features so when revived they lose colour

The past year I have been trying to step away from the desaturated/muted palettes, and add more color / vibrancy to my artworks though! I am getting better at it :)

The tag is really making me want to try more vibrant pieces... I have taken quite a liking to muted/desaturated colors. But maybe here’s a tribute to the times I used bright colors. It’s not even much, but I’m proud of myself for leaving my comfort color zone. c:
