here's what the markings on her neck and feet do- like other Celestials, magic flow out of them and kinda helps to keep too much magic from building up, like pressure vents. it than gather as a halo above Celestials

A lot of Lokee's features are inspired and influenced by the Giant Eland! (specifically the facial markings and spiral horns!) Although his ears are meant to have a more bovine nature and occasionally flick/emote with that sort of musculature!
