Two layers of overlay can bring more fun and color to sketches. Not a real tip, but it's just a nice feature that once blew my brain and made my eyes shine with delight

Wasn’t satisfied and went back in to make like an HD remaster of this image. Mostly more texture to the grass, darker shading and murky overlays to add depth. I wanted it to look a bit murkier like near-shore can be, just worried I fucked it up 😓 https://t.co/ejYwUFqNa8

I think generally playing around with colors is good :) first image is what the original looks like, and the other two are with having an overlay on em!
of course it's just how I draw, but simple doodles can be a good starting point!

random but i love the little bkdk manga cover inspired tidbits in the anime. the black line between them in the s1 op as a nod to the vol 2 cover. & the vhs style in bakugous flashbacks refers to the static overlay/vhs style of the vol 29 cover 😫

Sprokkitt wallpaper I did for my "new" PC. Two versions, one I overlayed the sunset colours on him but he blends in more with the sand that way lol! His fur is very sand coloured anyway. It was fun painting a sunset and I did coloured lines on him for a change.
