The more I read about Hinami (at least until volume 6) the more I think she's pretty like Sayaka from Bloom into you. Perfectionists, both with a mask for the world and a fervent desire to fill some kind of void they have with being the best in everything.

I do still have to remind myself of that everytime I make them to not be so perfectionistic, but I am at least aware now of how hard I am on myself. It is nice to observe that and that these emotions will pass, they always do. 😊🐺

I’m very hard on myself and very perfectionistic, it is so freeing when I know the painting is just like a sketch in a way, something fleeting and it doesn’t have to be perfect, but at the same time it is perfect. They help me to surrender and accept.

I'm a sucker for details, sometimes to a fault. I focus a lot on details that most people probably won't even notice, but I guess that's just the perfectionist in me!
