I never actually QUITE felt satisfied with her, because I just thought that I didn't quite capture a Toon-like feeling with her.

I don't think you can really appreciate the impact of the VT fuse unless you understand the inherent shortcomings and limitations of the British HACS system
The VT fuse made US AA fire more effective.
It made HACS actually capable
