Design wise, I think Schlamm has had the most redesigns.
However his story has remained pretty unchanged since his creation, he's always been an antagonist and a distant ancestor of Munks.
His goal has always been to eat Munks' heart to restore his own body or to possess him.

Oh man I made these fellows back when I started high school and thought it'd be fun to give some of these redesigns. Shelly in particular has gone through a larger redesign dropping some sea snail aspects in favor of a sea slug. Without saying how, but you haven't yet seen 'em!
