The eye is rotated because the person treated the eye like a pokemon human not a pokemon cat. It wasn't just down to perspective.

The reason it's rotated is because the fixed version also removed the fact it's a cat eye and instead treated it like a pokemon human eye. I got hit by word count in the quick explanation and I didn't want to make it a multiple thread breakdown. Cat eyes are tilted.
