I just recently finished a character rig and animation to add to my portfolio. Took about 8 hours in total. I experimented a bit with IK, Path, and Transform constrains on this one.

so in I separated the fountain base into a back and a front so that the hands could actually be in the middle and look and move just like they're supposed to!!
