Not a day goes by where I don't think about how much Bengus's style shifted so hard.
It was probably the transition from traditional to digital being difficult, along with the demand for specific styles being different for both eras (moe-esque for SFV) but like, dude...
Idk why, even though I draw digital art lot, I just think my traditional pencil sketches feel more alive
And the way they mix patterns and prints in the characters, even in the backgrounds is so good!
And I love how they sneak in real life styles of traditional clothing into characters here and there.
