This paintbrush seems old and moldy but when used on your neopets it reverts their style back to the early 2000's or so. I personally miss some of the older designs, the neopets team can decide what colors the old designs have.

This was a mock up Paint Brush idea from one of the old Neopets artists from years ago. I think this is likely what eventually became Maractite (not sure just my guess) although I still think should consider making this a real thing!
