Another character in the Archie I was partial to was Saffron the Bee. She just had a cute design overall and was not as obnoxious as other of pender's characters. IDW probably tried to make this statement by having Jewel but she ends up annoying to me somehow.

In an earlier point of Sonic Triple Trouble, Nack was intended to have a real gun that he would have shot at Sonic with.

He would get his gun back in Sonic the Fighters, but it would be censored as a pop gun.

In the Archie Comics, Nack carries legitimate firearms.
