Volume 3 is my favourite, because it shows us the reality of magic in this world. The dark side of magic, which can lead to making crazy choices, making people lose their minds, magic takes hold of people's hearts, drowning them in the darkness of the world.

One of the ties I liked is between Olivier and Nanao, not only does it evolve over the course of the volumes but it also touches on different developments in the characters that then lead to actions
