I don't feel like there's a big intention on having a big cultural elements on the "vanilla"design of characters like a Overwatch/League for example.

They just feels like Regular sci fi Soldier to me overall. Nicely done,

Gonna be real, I like this style more than Overwatch. But if that's your target then the cloth could use work. It should be more physically motivated. There's an old GDC talk on Overwatch art style that covers this in depth.
