Yeah, exactly. I only played the arcade one a couple of days ago. Trying the C64 one, the pace felt a little slower, but overall the structure and gameplay felt basically like the arcade. So job well done there. 👍 (And targets on the ground were easier to hit, which I liked.) 😁

Yeah I think this kind of thing in a Japanese game is usually the result of trying to make it more "Western" (ie North American) friendly. Nomura historically makes designs laser targeted at Asian women.
