Stress can be a major pressure, pressing down on us from all sides. Sometimes it's hard to not want to just struggle through it.

But! Fumo says you'll just hurt yourself even more if you don't take a break. So relax, recharge, and take a moment to sit.

A hard day that goes bad doesn't mean you're bad at life! We all have bad days, says Fumo.

If successful and good people only had successful good days, we would have no successful or good people in the world.

A struggle doesn't mean you're failing.

Sometimes we mess up, and apologies aren't accepted. You can't let that be an excuse to stay in the past.

Fumo wants you to know to keep moving forward. Work towards being better nonetheless. Strive to be the best you Fumo knows you can be.

Ghosts haunt us. Telling us mean words. Saying lies to us. Fumo says they aren't right.

They're mean, but know you are worth it. Look after yourself. Take care of yourself. You deserve it, and those ghosts are liars to be ignored.

Who do you love? Family, friends, community? Cherish them. Keep them close. Let them know how much you love them.

Fumo loves hearing words of love. Surely you do too? Then why wouldn't those you care about not want to hear so too?

Mistakes happen. Fumo makes mistakes. In many cases it's better to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Jumping to accusations isn't always the best thing, especially if it's a first time thing.

Think the best of people, that it isn't intentional.

Life is hard, everything is hard at the moment. We all have our struggles, even Fumo too.

But you're making it through! Preserving a day at a time. You are working hard, you are strong. You deserve credit for that!

People who care about you won't expect you to simply just change the core of you just because.

Peer pressure to give up morals, to become someone else completly for them, isn't a way to live.

Fumo wants you to stay true to yourself.

There is nothing wrong with anger as an emotion. Being angry is fine.

But Fumo wants you to know that you can't use it as an excuse to be mean, nasty, or lash out at others.

Deal with your emotions healthily, don't let them destroy you.

Helping people is a good thing to do, says Fumo. But, you can't tear yourself apart to help others!

You matter. Destroying yourself for the sake of others is not a sustainable method. Take care of yourself and don't let other people use you.

Trauma isn't you. Yes, it may have shaped who you are, but it isn't YOU. There are more facets to you, says Fumo.

And yes, the trauma may be heavy, but as said, it isn't solely you. You're so much more beyond that.

Upset? Disappointed? Being one of these does not make you inherently entitled or spoiled. You're allowed to feel these emotions!

Things didn't turn out how you wanted to them, Fumo says you are allowed to be feel these motions.

Sometimes life hurts you. Life doesn't go your way.

Fumo wants you to know trying to attack back at those who hurt you won't make you happy.

It could for a moment, possibly, but in the long run, you'll still not be happy and be at a loss.
