Small tip! Drawing the rough shape of the hand is usually more helpful than trying to nail the position of every finger at once. Some quick exercises I've been doing to improve mine.

I gotta say the best way to start doing backgrounds is quite literally just.... do it. like they'll be bad but with perspective lines and use of shapes being able to improve is totally viable :)
