Did a scrawl around on the crappy watercolour paper and tried painting in the shapes with the cheap watercolour paint. Still not got a good grasp on how much water to add with the pigment. Trying to remove excess water from the shapes with a tissue sometimes made it worse.
I'm digging the color choice now. I assume they'll maintain different shades for all Vestige scenes. I like the extra dimension color + shading both add; over just grey tones. Maintaining the shades will add a lot more to the expressions etc too. 👌🏽
