02, 03, 04- Morning Light studies using different gradient maps with the same local color.
Color Study practice with #procreate using #TheLegendofVoxMachina Coloring page
@Coelacanthts These two are my favorite pieces to date. I'd like to get better at shading and start doing backgrounds that are more than gradients but baby steps. I'm always happy to talk shop w/ other artists so feel free to say hello. 😊
Since this is the first time I'm showing them, I'm also uploading a version without the gradient map on.
I was caught off guard with the differences of this electric bunny's tongue! The unique color distinguishes it from the light colors of the character and the somewhat gradient feel to it makes it so unique. I am giving 10/10! 😳

@Lobsie_ Shading with airbrush or gradient past each part is really inconvient for a rigging process meaning that you would have to clip the shading down to each one and adds on multi parts to each parameter. (Cont on next part)
@eleXIven These are intense! 💜♥️💚💛🤍
I love exploring radial gradients - this piece started out with radial gradients overlapping each other.

A little practice sketch of Vivian that ended up being more completed than I expected haha
Left is original colors, right is some gradient map edit :3c
wanted to do a clean/smoother render this time, but it’s better if you look at it from a distance LOL
.
gradient versions
All the Vtubers are designing drink ideas, so here’s “the weeaboo drink”😂! (non-alcoholic, of course) A ramune soda is mixed with curacao and sakura syrups to create a gradient. It is mixed with konpeito, rimmed with crushed konpeito, and topped with sakura petals. #Vtuber
im going to lose my mind in garys ref i forgot to give him his pink paw gradient
Trying to figure out how to use the gradient map tool in csp lol

character development of this month has been me becoming a person who uses polygonal lasso and the gradient/bucket tool to fill tone/color blocks on layers i actually separate... hoping this translates into regular complete illustrations
