Always use photo reference!!
The drawing on the left was from my imaginary the one on the right I used a photo reference for it and there’s a huge difference. Using reference will help you improve your art. it’s not cheating and even professional artist use references https://t.co/4G04MZGvfQ

Add a layer with "Color" blend mode on the top of everything and fill that layer with white or black color. This will turn your piece into grayscale.

This changed the way I thought of value perception, in general improving my artwork further.
