A long time ago (2012ish) I was commissioned to make 12 fantasy-inspired animals for $10 each.
I was new to the professional setting and desperate for money. I ended up getting pretty burnt out on these and never saw the project they were supposed to be for.
Know your worth.

FRUIT FIGHTERS: Navy (aka the goober)

A small, flip-switch-esque orange who isn't able to properly grow. When exposed to a considerable amount of sunlight, Navy's true power is revealed... And so is her personality.

They probably won’t outright admit that Perry Porter was supposed to have a bigger role in TOH but at this point we *knowwww* because there’s no other reason he shows up in a flashback and also in crew art with everyone else who’s had at least one episode centered on them.

He was supposed to be "trapped in a jar", but I guess "drinking a jar of blood" works, too. Thanks, 💀

8. Mikhail
• Mafioso with iron defficiency, he kinda fragile imo
• Spice tolerance is insane, the type to add chili to his food no matter what flavour its supposed to be originally
• He doesnt actually like cigerattes he just carries them around to look scary

one person commented that the guy who said isane looks white washed might’ve thought it’s supposed to be chika and in that case I would’ve totally agreed 😭

was SUPPOSED to be an adopt but I got attached to the design so unfortunately it's now an OC to the collection.
