@frolicinq for your purposes i recommend dry gouache and wet bleed blender. i almost never use textured brushes for precise shading and usually shade with the lineart tool + blur/erasing but to each their own! if you HAVE to use a watercolor use the old version dense watercolor brush

@gambargin my art inspiration is all over the place from 1000 to 1600. From architecture to clothing to armor. I try to use aspects from those time periods to create a wide and diverse fantasy setting. Admittedly i’m not the greatest historian. Rather use history for pure design.
