The audacity these people have is incredibly ridiculous! I didn’t know countless lineart, coloring, shadows, highlights, effects, etc was JUST coloring? I didn’t spend 12 hours on my work so you can just rip off my hard work. https://t.co/u0a0jF8qgo
7. highlights! i like to put these in corners, and in shadows, it makes the drawing pop!
I love Gojo but these 2 were the absolute highlights of Season 1.
Nobara is easily best girl and Todo is the brother everyone needs.
Tbf the whole cast is amazing, special mention goes to Nanami & useless Miwa.
Unpopular opinion: Inumaki is overrated, yes I said it .-.
@Vixvox3 shading/highlights are things i still really really struggle with and are hard to describe :( the short & unhelpful way of putting it is light colors go where they'd be closer to the light source and dark colors go under an obstruction to the light source. here is a shit diagram
Here’s my half of an art trade with @LasseterDubbed, One of their OC’s: Doggles! It was fun getting to do one of these for the first time, and I really like this design. I did 2 alternate versions: one with highlights and one with flat colors
New avatar. Will edit it later on with highlights.
With this color, you're gonna use the highlights as a "base" for when you draw the shading. But with this, dont make the lines as tightly packed together, and coming from the outside in (coming towards the pupil, instead of from the pupil) like so:
The Spring issue @IrishArtsReview
Cuala embroideries:
The discovery of a set of embroideries from 1932 highlights a period during which the new Irish State was presenting a religious and ancient identity to the outside world. Commissioned by WB Yeats & executed by his sister Lily
[wip] im expressing how painful it is to draw highlights, im so bad with lighting it’s unreal
Tonight, I (again) tried getting a hang of #CLIPSTUDIOPAINT . Currently re-learning everything I'm used to from #painttoolsai , while experimenting with brushes, hehe.✨
Thanks again @Ariisu3 for suggesting bright cyan for the highlights.🐉
