Still absolutely wild that a bunch of hypno horny furries aren't familiar with 1800s french painters. Maybe some of you are visual learners
15. OC That’s Difficult To Write: Had to think on this for but I’d probably say Lavi, who’s one of the main protagonists in a story about rival clans in a sort of 1800s setting. She’s mute from a childhood injury, so it’s been interesting to work her signing w/ the main character

Portraits by Gottfried Lindauer, late 1800s. Originally from Bohemia, Lindauer left Europe for New Zealand to avoid military service and found work painting prominent Maori chiefs and their families. His work accurately captured the clothing and facial tattoos of the time.

Chibi Fashion Stands for Ajla~ @durgaaz's cutie Satyr I've designed...and will also be using in my webcomic haha.
The comic will feature 1800s Steampunk fashion, but more world fashion than England-centered- Ajla here is sporting some simplified time-appro Russian wears!

Today's #DougieDraws is this funky looking, but can't take our eyes off it, bird jar. It was designed by the Martin Brothers who made pottery in London from the late 1800s to the early 1900s. We've got more of their pottery in the collection, but none quite as quirky as this!

Here is my updated take on TLW Stegosaurus for 2020:

It is interesting to imagine what Cromer was like in the 1800s & even 1700s, and before photography became established. These simple but charming 'pen and 'wash' images are by one Edward Pococke. Some of the streets and many if not all of the buildings no longer exist;
