Rudy and Chayo are both inspired by Rouge the Bat and Amy due to originally being the result of a character fusion design thing I did for fun.
In Rudy's case she's more based off of Amy's Rosy the Rascal phase than modern Amy

@BelleizBonkers Amy as a clown was a small part of a Sonic Boom episode. The idea was inspired by this.
One thing I translated over from her clown costume in Boom was the shoe design but done as big clown boots instead since boots are an iconic part of Modern Amy's design.
