楕円柱をナナメに切断して継ぎ直す実験、続き。

楕円柱7ピースを、ナナメ断面の円形でピンジョイント。
それぞれ回転させると、なめらかに角度が変わります。
その結果、フレキシブルに変形する物体になるんじゃないかな。

MGデュナメスリペアIIIの制作を開始しました。
まずはフロントスラスターからです。
以前制作したHG版のCADデータをベースにモデリングしました。
また、前回はCAD初挑戦であった事もあり作り込みの甘い部分も多いため、今回は諸々の反省点を克服できるように作りたいと思います。

菱形柱を切断して継ぎ直す実験、続き。

対角比 1:√2 の菱形柱を45度の面でカットし、
断面の正方形で90度回転・継ぎ直し。
5回の操作で、リング状のフラットな六角形になりました。

パズル未満の、妙な物体を愛でつつ、茶　🍵
