Now what look for in adaptations. It's very simple really, I do not look for an recreation of the manga with good art/good animation instead I look for how well the adaptation uses its medium convey the story to the audience. And the NARUTO franchise does this fabulously

Scooby-Doo has been around for us for over 50 years and it's been through a lot of changes with shows and movies putting their own spin on the franchise this is the first time we've gotten an adult Scooby-Doo show which in concept sounds great but Velma takes a huge shit on it

I love Sonic the Hedgehog and Like a Dragon plenty, but I don't think SEGA has been given enough credit for reviving so many of their older franchises.

Yes, there are plenty of other series I want to see make a comeback like Crazy Taxi, but we SEGA fans have been eating well!

Shu Takumi's been a big industry legend for me, mostly cuz of his ties to my fave survival horror franchise, Dino Crisis (game designer on the first and directing the second). Course he really came into his own with Ace Attorney, but Ghost Trick is his best game imo, hands down.
