I like the pathfinder halflings despite not playing, fuzzy feet are engh but like the proportions!

Small races never get to shine in DnD (other than dwarves and goblins). Halflings are all tavern keepers and farmers, and gnomes are....? Not there?
I'm illustrating NPCs for the Dragon Stew adventures, so I'm trying to go against type when it comes to them :)

I'm kidding most of my tiefling/half-elf/half-orc characters are around the 5 mark, halflings and dwarves maybe 4, and wildlings have a WHOLE LOT of ear which will probably exceed 9 one day

Elf 5, Half-elf typically a 3.5 or 4, and then i HC halflings with pointy ears typically at about a 2.5 or 3. Tieflings though are a WILD grab bag that depends on their lineage.
(Half-drow, half-wood elf, stout halfling and tiefling i’ve made as examples)
