Havoc, the son of the late Breakdown and Knock-Out. He was conceived after Cybertron’s restoration and was one of the first sparkling Team Prime saw after a millennia of war, so they pampered him very much (especially Bulkhead).

Here's a little fun fact for the day: When Warner Home Video was releasing LTGC Vol.1, the higher didn't want to spent money on restoring any cartoon, opting to instead use restorations already made for CN in 1998. This is why half of the cartoons use the dubbed versions.
