Tetora coughed again, staring down at his ruined shirt.

Tetora coughed again. Hinata could feel his body shake in his grip.

Hinata stood up so quickly that he knocked his chair over, immediately rushing to Tetora's side and holding his shoulders.
"Sorry...I didn't wanna make you worry, in case it wasn't as bad as I thought...but..."
Tetora coughed violently, holding his chest in pain.
"Thanks, Hinata-kun. That makes me feel better."
Tetora reached for the wooden goblet.
"The sun suits you way more."
Tetora released some of the tension in his muscles.
"...Okay. I trust you."
Hinata reached over to seize Tetora's hand.
"Don't. I mean it. This is way too suspicious- it's definitely some sort of trap."
Leaning towards Hinata, Tetora spoke in a low voice.
"What should we do, Hinata-kun...? Should we try to...I dunno, tackle him, or something...?"
"Wood and marble, huh? Not your typical-"
Tetora cut himself off as the sound of footsteps coming from the darkness approached.
"...It'll be okay, Hinata-kun. I trust you."
Saying this, Tetora shakily took his seat facing away from the chalices and Hinata.
Gently, Hinata wrapped his arms around Tetora, pulling him close.
"Thank you, Tetsu-kun. But I'd feel bad if I was the only one being looked after. Let's share the burden, okay? Bit by bit, every day."
"Hey, are you okay?"
Kicking off his blankets, Tetora approached Hinata's beside and squeezed his shoulder comfortingly.
"You can tell me. It's okay."
Yawning, Tetora rubbed his eyes and turned towards his roommate.
"Mm? What's wrong, Hinata-kun? Why did you yell?"
Kanata let go of Tetora, turning to Yuzuru with a refreshed smile.
"Oh...that's 'right', Yuzuru. You and I both 'lost' our roommates, so why don't 'we' room together with those 'tablets'?"
"Tetora~"
Kanata suddenly threw his arms around Tetora, giving him a gentle squeeze.
