Just a pair of some more Paleoart recons: featuring Spinostropheus and Arganasuchus.

Spinostropheus was a bizarre ceratosaurian, likely an Elaphrosaur, from Mid Jurassic Niger. Arganasuchus on the other hand, a fragmentary terrestrial Loricatan from Late Triassic Morocco.

Computer kept freezing on me, but here is how far the next contestant for my Tendaguru project has come so far. Dysalptosaurus (also known as theropod snacko).

Giganotosaurus is a genus of theropod dinosaur that lived in what is now Argentina, during the early Cenomanian age of the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 99.6 to 97 million years ago. The Giganotosaurus was certainly the apex predator in its environment.

I recently commented on a post by
in which he makes an observation to the design of the giganotosaurus, that time I elaborated a first approach but now with enough renderings I can be a little more objective. https://t.co/iICSbYctLx

Okay, I was working on another drawing to hopefully post today, but I couldn't NOT do this.

It's the Giganotosaurus the Jurassic World franchise deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

Also, side note, it's very hard to make a Joker dinosaur not look ridiculous.

my giga redesign. like with the other jw redesigns, i mainly just fixed the proportions and made it a bit less monster like. i kept the spikes, as i think they're kinda neat if you give them proper flow

Many thanks again for the hospitality ! Here is a little preview of our models. The thalattosaur Edennasaurus & the basal? diapsid Drepanosaurus both bizarre animals are from the Norian of Lombardy (Italy). More soon!

In the most extreme version of the shrink-wrapping meme promoted by one or two palaeontologists and palaeoartists, sauropod necks have been depicted as if these structures should be visible in the live animal, Ely Kish’s apatosaurines from 1983 being the ultimate example...

My afternoon is all about creating sauropod so in honour of that, here's a suite of sauropodomorphoramas featuring classic taxa for Brontosaurus, Giraffatitan, Plateosaurus, and Diplodocus.

More derived Pistosaurs such as Augustasaurus were starting to closely their Plesiosaur descendants. Like them, Augustasaurus had a stiffened, streamlined body that helped to facilitate a more pelagic lifestyle.
