I haven't fully figured everything out but for the Xenosaga + FF7 cross up, here's what I've come up with.

Kosmos + Tifa
Shion + Aerith
Chaos + Zack
Jr + Cloud
Ziggy + Barret
Momo + Marlene
Albedo + Sephiroth
Really thought hard on this and they mesh extremely well
