Brief mention of Megazone 23 Part II (Umetsu's character design debut), which I already rewatched a few months ago for AnimeEigo's release (https://t.co/ZEhC78H0BV). It's a cool sequel with cool (but confusingly changed) designs with an ambitious but messy execution.
