Tried Clip Studio Paint again! Fiddling with all the brushes ended up looking vaguely dragonish, so that's what it became.
If anyone has nice free sketch/ink/painting brushes, feel free to link them below :3 I'm experimenting with new brushes.
Little WIP sneak peek on this custom piece. Having a lot of fun experimenting with some different brushes.
Drew my son from Legends Arceus while fucking around with brushes. His name is YankeeCandle
I wanted to retain the integrity of the colored pencil texture, so I used 10-15pt brushes. An exercise in patience!
@j_stocky Easily pigbrushes. They’re the most dominant lineage of ‘gryphons’, an unique group of filamentous reptiles found across the planet at large in Glavecosmia. From browsers to & burrowers to giants to even voracious omnivores, Pigbrushes are one of a kind!
@jawsum_art 🖤a fanart of a project I was part of as an assistant, my hard mark in lines and experimentation with colors and brushes. I still like it after some time ✨🐻
Recap from 2021: a few crops from my double-spread in Yearbook 2020: Universal Declaration of Human Rights - An Illustrated Book, published by Chiaroscuro Studios. I drew and inked traditionally, and colored digitally with watercolor brushes.

It's getting harder and harder not to pull the trigger on #rebelle5 by @escapemotions . Here's a painting of @SKULLCRACKERS 's Xia. Did this in approximately 2 hours using the Express Oil brushes. #painting
I really love Celeste so I tried some new brushes. Still haven’t been able to beat Chapter 9 tho.

Two variations of the print “Departure” from the SoC’s 1925 Sinbad portfolio. (For a reason unknown to me, WAD titled one of these “Allegro.”) Standard pochoir technique with gouache applied through celluloid stencils with fine artist brushes & sawed-off shaving brushes.
Updating the Emet-Selch painting I did earlier in hte year. I just basically went back and did another approach with different brushes.
