Remember, "cardiomegaly" may actually represent a big pericardial effusion (red arrows on coronal CT). Old films showing a recent normal sized cardiac silhouette are helpful.

Full body commission from tumblr! I feel like I'm a tiny bit better at shading after this one, I used the 3D model feature in Clip Studio where you can move the light source around and it was super helpful.
