Another study in Drawing beautiful people with interesting hair/clothes/etc. is so fun, but always feels kind of like cheating (making a cool drawing out of... a cool photo!). Nice to go to a comfy zone when I'm working on sorting out some process stuff.

A small little post on the way I have been doing these recent sprites.

- Straight lines work out my pose.

- Quickly sprite down a map of the materials blobbing them out without outlines and then carving them to a shape that feels "Right".

- Shade, fine detail, and refine.

I drew myself as a character from bluey as a warm up today. I don't know how I feel about the show (somtimes it feels to childish to enjoy then other times I really love the theme of the episode) but I will say the art, backgrounds, animations are my new muse 💖
