I do still have to remind myself of that everytime I make them to not be so perfectionistic, but I am at least aware now of how hard I am on myself. It is nice to observe that and that these emotions will pass, they always do. 😊🐺

I’m very hard on myself and very perfectionistic, it is so freeing when I know the painting is just like a sketch in a way, something fleeting and it doesn’t have to be perfect, but at the same time it is perfect. They help me to surrender and accept.
