way back 2011 I bought myself a intuos and tried my hand at digital painting, 7 years later and an upgrade to a cintiq this is the result... I got lazy when it came time to render the hat, maybe in a few years I can try this again and do it properly...

New art from Magic:the Gathering Core 19 previewed today, and it is one that I really enjoyed working on. It was surprisingly challenging to create this piece, but one I fought through and am very happy with the result.

I'm really proud of this recent piece, it took me a lot of time, but it was so worth the result. It is called 'Gaia.' Drawn digitally, with traditional textures. It will be available as a print soon on my store. :)
