i struggle drawing my icon (eleanor) too, so i have 4 steps

1. draw the box because it makes life easier
2. draw the stupid bad circle like i did (or use circle tool)
3. draw some more stupid curves using the box as a guide
4. add other details (face, colours, shading, etc.)

So, cool story, I just discovered in my 34th iteration attempt at sculpting hair. That. 'Deformation > Bend curve' is a thing. Pfft, fine? YEH I'M FINE. I'M GREAT!! 🙃
Seriously though, I am so relieved to have this method as a Max FFD boi. And modeling can now recommence 🔙🔛🔝

I'm almost done with the rigging. Just needs some extra topology to prevent weird curves and maybe IK/FK switch for arms. I have never tried doing that on blender.
