Piece of Galio's Q tornado. Only things missing is the erosion over lifetime that would eat away at the scrolling texture just before it hit the top of the mesh you can see in the top 2 sections, as well as a soft fade at the center of the mesh using vertex colors.

Here's the monster design I *actually* meant to post yesterday evening. Also it has a humanoid torso and a fish-like tail, which IMO is enough for me to tag it with and ruin the experience of people scrolling through and looking at all the nice art.
