I would say that ur main problems lay in the hand
I did a little bit of revising and I think it would look a lot better with some adjusting! Hands can be very tricky so don’t be afraid to trace a pose and reference your traced lines, it definitely helps out!

The hand in the shape of a heart did not turn out very well. I was taking reference and not tracing if it is the question, but the same thing if the hand did not turn out very well, I still liked how it turned out very much so silly
