Had time for a quick of a mermaid bust. Went this route since I didn’t have time to fully participate in this past challenge.

When an artist stops hiding arms behind the character's backs, they really have to HAND it to themselves ✋👍

(I drew a hand ❤️)

there is also a flashback to college, my interpretation is that this is to show that the last time daon "wanted" something he had to give it up for jaemin. the flashbacks are a tool to show daon's character growth in two parallel situations, i believe he'll succeed this time <3

From concept ➡️ reality

Drenosh is an ignisaur and wields the pyroblade. 🗡️ While they work as a mercenary, they secretly long for vengeance against those who murdered their family 🔥

I know this is how he looks like but his reaction is like he saw Gamma's memories or something and was like having war flashbacks 😭

A D&D commission I did involving a then and now family portrait for a player's character. Their story seems sad but I don't think I know of any player characters who don't have traumatic backstories.

25. stranger things 4 vol. 1

stranger things is good again! cinematography is a1 as always but solid writing backs it up again - love the horror elements too. still a few too many characters and some plot lines are lame but i haven't been this invested since season 1

[4/5]:

I want to thank A-1 for putting out this series 11 yrs ago. I had a rough time when my ‘friends‘ somehow turned their backs against me, but seeing Jintan trying to navigate through his rocky friendships did help me a lot 🥲

initially a background character in yumi's backstory. the personal attendant to the goddess tsuki-no-kami and, i cannot emphasize this enough, an absolutely RANCID man. i love him

Life isn't always easy or goes as planned. We all have troubles and setbacks but these should not take away our joy. There is MUCH to be thankful for when you really stop and think about it. ~
