One more thing I'm using a trick I learned from Surveying work, change your colours to bright vibrants and your background to BLACK, it makes it all POP and is actually easier on the eyes for long bouts of drawing. What you draw doesn't need to equal the end state.
Got my ass in gear, this first panel just needs a background and text now. Chibi-like characters are always easier than full body for me. Lucas and Shalim have a very complicated rival-like relationship, due to Shay being an annoying, pretty and dangerous pain in his ass.

With their handy dandy Magic Eraser, I was able to wipe down all the icky stains left behind by restless customers! Thanks to the Magic Eraser, I was able to clean the filth wayyy faster and waaaaaaay easier than any old scrubber.
